Unable to connect to secure wifi network after 9.10 upgrade

I am unable to connect to secure wifi network after 9.10 upgrade.

USB network adapter was working perfectly on 9.04 with ndiswrapper. After 9.10 upgrade, it will work only if I remove security in my router.

The device may be supported natively under 9.10 - they add extra things with the upgrades. what is the make / model of the device on your computer ?
