I'm very sorry that I'm posting this in the completely wrong website. The only problem is, DSL's board is broken, so I'm hoping some of you have some knowledge over how DamnSmallLinux works. Anyways, I'm running VMWare Workstation on Windows XP. I setup my virtual HD, installed DSL to it, installed GRUB as the bootloader, but then when it rebooted to finish the installation, the only thing that comes up is "GRUB". And it sits there. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this, that would be great.

Thanks!

If you don't get an answer here on the Ubuntu forums then try asking the question on the http://www.linuxquestions.org/ forums DSL forum:

I don't know if you know about the LQ forums. I just thought I would mention it in case you need more help.

Oh, thank you, I'll go post there as well.

And thank you for not bashing me around about posting in the wrong website rather than helping me. I'm glad there are still some helpful people out there.

This forum is full of helpful people. And bashing around newbies (or even gurus) is verboten here. You will find that the LQ forums are very friendly also. Just clearly explain the problem as best you can and state what you have already tried to do to fix the problem yourself when you post there. There are a lot of people on the LQ forums who really know their stuff; and most are friendly and try to help.
