I have two different installs of Ubuntu on the same computer, using the same user/home drive so that it can share media, files, and other information with ease. What I need to do is make one of these installs use a different configuration file for Gnome than the other.

One of the installs will be normal, and the other I want to use the Ubuntu Netbook Remix for the desktop theme. The netbook themed install I want to use the configuration file .gconf_mini.

What file do I need to edit for it to happen?
