Panels jump

Yesterday I set one of my panels to the right hand side and to automatically hide. (It says Dölj Automatiskt on the Swedish translation I am using). Anyway, it worked fine until I booted it up this morning. Every time I put my mouse against the right side the panel would come out, but it would jump to the middle of the screen rather than just to against the edge.

Any ideas?
