Virtual Box: 'dmesg' to find out why

Am attempting to install Virtual box. I even purged and reinstalled.
Every time I face the same error..

modprobe vboxdrv failed. Please use 'dmesg' to find out why

I am attaching the output of dmesg (zipped.. max size issues). I dont know how to interpret it...
somebody plz help.

PS: I have all linux-header packages up to date.

Edit: I just discovered that i don't have the file /dev/vboxdrv even if I have dkms installed!
