Easiest way to build an Image.

I have an image exactly the way I want it. Our Application is installed, the apps we want on it are installed, configuration is complete.

Now we want to save this setup and duplicate it on the same hardware 18 times.

What is the easiest way to do this?

CloneZilla seems to have many fans.

It's bootable from CD so you don't have to have anything installed on the second system, and it images only the data part, the used part of the partitions, saving space and time.
