Upgrade seemed to go flawlessly after I used gpartd to provide more space to the partition where root is housed (my first attempt to upgrade from 9.04 failed as the partition for root had only 6GB).
I have installed the NVidia Version 96 driver. Before I installed this the UI was even slower.
Now, this is what I experience:
1. Click on an icon, tab, message or link - the click does not complete properly and leaves the selection active as the icon drags on mouse move.
2. Typing is difficult as move moves cause highlighting of text;takes a right-click to cancel. taks a right-click to cancel.
3. Clicking on button dakes many tries - I have a Dell 8200 with two left clickers; the bottom one seems to be recognized most of the time.
4. Scrollbar click causes mouse to track the scroll outside of the scrollbar.
5. Selection of dropdowns is painful requiring many click attemps

I noticed that the threading on the UI is erratic and sometime consumes 100% CPU. Normal System Monito consume 25%

I have posted about this before and I am unable to find the thread and have not received email notification.

I need your help with this issue

Thanks
