Backup menu layout

Hi, may be if some guru I met can't help me make Karmic boot again I will need to reinstall it BUT I would not like to loose my customized menu layout - the main GNOME menu.

How can I backup/copy it to a safe place in order to restore it once Karmic is installed again?
