Do i need any dependencies before installing .exe files.

Exactly which program are you trying to install? If it's a Windows *exe file, it will not run natively on Linux. However, it may be possible to run it with Wine. See if it's listed here: http://appdb.winehq.org/index.php

It can depend on what the EXE files are for. If they're "self extracting archives (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-extracting_archive)" (e.g. fonts) you might not need WINE.
