At the very bottom of the forum page when you post a new thread topic there is a option for creating a poll. You put the check in the check mark and tell it how many poll options you want and then hit post. It will bring you to a new screen that will let you put in your poll question and the options. When you are done you just hit post new poll and there you have it.
