Creating a CD Image from USB Startup disk

Hi. Is it possible to make an .iso image from a USB Startup Disk? I dont have an image file to burn a CD, and also I dont want to download an image from the internet because of my slow connection.

just curious, why you need iso image?
if you want ubuntu instalaltion disk, you can request to post it to you from www.ubuntu.com. It will take 3-4 weeks to arrive to your place.

I have a customised ubuntu on my USB drive.

That is, I made a USB startup disk, booted from that and made downloaded updates and applications. My friends wanted it, because they dont have internet. So I was searching for a way to make a CD from that.

Help!
