Hi,

I just installed Karmic and wanted to modify my grub settings. Usually I did this under "System Settings" -> "Advanced" -> "Grub Editor". But this editor is gone now and I couldn't find it in the packages.

Is there still the "Grub Editor" (and I'm to dumb to find it) or something adequate?

Cheers
Jonny

It might have something to do with the fact that Karmic uses Grub2 and not Grub. You could see if a "Grub2-Editor" or something similar might exist.

Look for startup manager if you want to simply chang boot order. I think its in system tools packages.
