Im wrote gimp article for FCM. Gimp and retouch.
I want to find human face picture in public domain or creative commons license. I want to use this photo in gimp article. I can't find it. Please help me. Thanks.

Your best bet is to use Flickr, but make sure to use the advanced search option and check the boxes to filter your results to give CC and modification results.

how about using google image search, there are tons of images there for you to choose :D

In all cases check individual license as results are always a mixed bag of CC and royalty-free but NOT CC.
