When vista was first released into the wild, it was rumered that with in minutes Microsoft had to release a security update for it and their has been a flood of security patched fron then on.
however ubuntu 9.10 has had very few updates, and on occasion none! as i update daily.
It always makes me smile at what Peter Gutmann said about vista.
