Deskbar 2.28 e tracker

Hi everybody,I have 9.10 and I can't obtain the same effect that I had in 9.04 about deskbar and tracker. I would like to have some similar to macos spotlight.

I installed deskbar applet then tracker and tracker live but i cant have a similar effect.

Can someone help me?
