From personal experience, ASUS EEEPc followed by MSI Wind.

I have a acer aspire one 1.6 atom chip 2 gigs ram with W7 and Karmic, glossy screen but I mostly use a flat screen monitor with it at home. Runs very fast and needed no extra drivers for either OS.
