My question is about installing ubuntu in pendrive. I am using Ubuntu in my computer. In that, I am going to compile one new kernel. But i want that kernel to be copied in USB and i want to boot that new kernel from that USB pendrive when ever i want. So what i have to do?

Try this:

System > Administrations > Create an USB startup disk

I think USB-creator (that Brian88 mentions) needs an iso image or a CD. But I believe you can use the package "unetbootin". It lets you choose your own custom kernel.
