9.10 wubi install

hi to all a friend of mine tried to install via wubi in windows vista dell desktop , it installed in windows fine and then rebooted and installed after that it then rebooted and at the grub screen it just stayed there she said.

she deleted the program in windows and was wondering should she install ?
