Hello,
I've installed Xubuntu 9.10 on my eeepc 701.
for some reason I can't connect to my wireless router (configured with wpa psk).
any help ?

did it have Xandros linux on it initially? You could reinstall that;

for all the abuse that the Xandros got (gets): it does actually work; ....... sound ........ skype ......... internet .... etc

we have used easy peasy on our Eee: versions 1.0 and 1.1 ran well; I find the latest (1.5) does not turn the computer off cleanly;

but it finds the atheros card and allows one to connect

you can download an iso; copy it to a USB stick; buy a 1G SD card: (given away sometimes now);

Ubuntu has a utility to convert the .iso of easy peasy into a bootable SD card; you press the escape key as the 701 boots, and select the SD card; you can then try a live easy peasy
