after upgrade to 9.10 i have system->administration->install release

after upgrade of ubuntu to 9.10 when i click:

system->administration->install release

is this normal ?
does everyone have this option?

I am experiencing the same.... any luck with a solution?

For me - I noticed it after I added a second hard drive - so to me, based on this it would not seem normal, but I am very new at Ubuntu.
