Lost power during install 9.10 now blocked

Hi all;

First time I try UBUNTU. So here is the situation.
A) Totally new PC absolutellyblank
B) I start to do a install of 9.10 from boot
C) Follow the instructions; 6 steps etc..
D) The power goes out

The computer is now blocked in the boot up sequence in "Verifying DMI Pool Data......."

Please Please HELP
