I installed Karmic a few days ago and since have had an annoying but not "dangerous" problem. At random times, when I turn on te computer, Ubuntu seems to start, but then after the white logo part, the screen goes black and nothing happens. I get that about half of the time. Second, when I succeed to boot, after a random time, the keyboard stops working and the mouse is not detected (I can still move the cursor, but there are no hovering event and I cannot click). Has anybody dealt with this before?
