Does a Karmic Upgrade Change Your File System to ext4?

I have read the release notes and upgrade notes as well as searched here, but I haven't been able to find an answer to a fairly basic question.

If I'm running Jaunty 64-bit with an ext3 file system, and I run a Karmic upgrade from Update Manager, will it upgrade my file system to ext4 automatically, give me a prompt to ask if I want to upgrade, or leave me with ext3 so I will need to do a clean install to try out ext4?
