i can't install envyng ??

i have downloded envyng all

and try to install it in terminal by using this command

sudo apt-get install envyng-core envyng-gtk envyng-qt

but i get this error

E: Couldn't find package envyng-core

Here's how to install envy from a manually downloaded package, don't use apt-get.
