Hi,

Dumb question I'm sure but I've installed utorrent in WinXP and downloaded ubuntu-9.10-desktop-amd64.iso into a folder. But when I look there, it isn't visible. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks.:D

I guess you are using windows explorer? It definitely should show the file.
If looking trough some software be careful it might be limited to looking only for it's own type of files (like MS Office looking for .doc and ignoring other files).

If it's not there then something went wrong.

Personally, I don't think you need to download with torrent, the ubuntu.com website offers the images, and even has plenty of locations depending where you are. If you are confused, it can offer the 64bit just the first choice is 32bit, but yes, you can download 64bit too.
