dual boot system clonning.

hi there everyone , i am new to Linux and i was asked to configure dell optiplex gx 760 machines to have dual boot. the OSs are windows xp and ubuntu 9.04. once i set up the main machine i am supposed to clone it to 7 other machines. i know about clonnig windows machines but i have never clonned a dual system that has linux installed on it on another partition. when i tried to clone the main machine , the process erased the linux boot loader and only the windows boots. can some one tell me what i have to do? thanks in advance.
