Hi,

This is my first try to install ubuntu, or any linux os. I have 4 HDDs in my pc and I formated one of them to install Ubuntu 64bit on it. I completed the install on that drive and now nothing happens, only windows loads as usual. I get no choice where I can select to boot ubuntu.

What am I doing wrong? =/

You need to go into BIOS at bootup. Somewhere in your BIOS will be your HDD boot priority; make the Hard Drive that you put Ubuntu on to be the first one in your boot priority. Save and reboot.

Grub (the bootloader) should come right up and let you pick to load Ubuntu or Windows. Pick Ubuntu and welcome aboard!!! :)

Oh, and nice rig, bty. If you are a FPS gamer, check out Nexuiz.
