wifi problems

Hey guys I have a wireless internet adapter built into my desktop and I installed Ubuntu the other day and I couldnt get it to work. The real problem with this is that it is the only way I can get internet to this computer. Any suggestions here?

Hey Fill,
It sounds like you may not have proper drivers installed for the wireless card. You weren't very detailed in your problem description, so I'm not sure what your configuration/desktop environment/version is.

Do you have Ubuntu installed as a primary or secondary OS? Or was it installed with Wubi?
