No Full Circle Magazine

Help! I'm not a complete newb but I feel like one now. I just did a fresh install of ubuntu 9.10 and I have everything working except downloading Full Circle Magazine for some reason. I get "waiting for Full Circle..." and "Transferring..." and "done" but no magazine. Am I missing some plugin or something?

btw: So far I like the Ubuntu 9.10 version. It seems a little quicker and some things work better like the volume control,etc.
