Flash Player and Compositing

When I am using desktop effects, either Metacity or Compiz, it doesn't matter which, I am unable to use flash player controls such as the play/pause button on youtube.

I was just wondering if anybody has figured out how to fix this issue.

I know the workaround by holding right click while clicking on the controls, but this is a pain.
