Upgrade from 8.04 to 9.10 went smoothly except for one annoying fault with printing.

Anything printed by piping thru lp is printed double width and double height. I've had a poke around but can't find anywhere that mentions default font size.

I use this feature for a number of business applications (output is sent to lp). All other application software such as OpenOffice, Gimp, gedit all work fine.

Any suggestions WOULD BE MOST WARMLY RECEIVED.

I am having the same problem.

When I use -o lpi, I have to specify a number much larger than what actually prints.

Spaces as well are not getting done correctly, I have a file that has words spaced out to a certain column, but it isn't in the right place.

It worked fine in Jaunty.
