Error while copying to "sda1".

Recently I've been getting this error when I try copy stuff to my shared NTFS partition.Error while copying to "sda1".The destination is read only. Also when trying to copy stuff to my Flash drive I get a message 'no space left on device' but there is space.

All was working fine after my Karmic upgrade but in the last couple of days this has happened.
