If your using Gnome this will make it look like Windows 7:

If you have the room, you should try out the kubuntu-desktop package. It's completely different than Gnome (what you're probably using), and much nicer looking than Windows 7.

You can customize Windows 7 with tool$ from $tardock and make it look close to KDE, but KDE is still prettier/faster.

i am not very like the theme of Ubuntu

maybe i should try to like the deluxe car....
