I had problem with my audio on ubuntu 9.10 that at the beginnig of each audio file played there was a crash noise, something that it seemd there was an error with audio driver, so I thought if I remove alsa packages and reinstall them it can be corrected. I removed libesd-alsa0 package with synaptic. It removed some other associated packages with that. After removal, I restarted the system but X didn't start and I was able just to login in text-based. after login I tried to start X manually but I got error. Now, how can I restore my Koala?!
