this is error message:

[ !! ] Partition disks
The attempt to mount a file system with type ext4 in SCSI2 (0,0,0)(sda) at / failed.
You may resume partitioning from the partition menu
Do you want to resume partitioning?

I've got new m/b since last week but other hw is the same.(old m/b is ok,can install and use ubuntu 9.10 and for setup winxp is ok)
old m/b is "via" chip and new is intel chip. my hd is not sata ,not scsi in my system ,it should be hda not sda ,ubuntu partitiioning's look my hd be sda since previous m/b ,but previous mb is ok for any os.
new mb has for both sata and ide channel old mb has only ide channel.

I try again and again in many way ,it's not ok. please help me, a newbie,thanks for your kind.
