Windows XP and UXTheme Patching

How do I get those fancy custom themes on a limited account? Yes, I added the Users group to be able to read the uxtheme.dll, as the patcher removes them from it, but I still can't apply custom styles.

Theming windows XP? Why not just use windowblinds and the other theming utilities from stardock.com?

I absolutely despise stardock software. I've used them before, and I really hate it.
