View Full Version : [SOLVED] Karmic login screen

The Karmic Login Screen offers only two choices; (1) automatic login or (2) the display of all userids. Some organizations (including mine) insist that only a prompt for a userid should be displayed (no automatic logins and NO listing of userids), and also insist that the contents of /etc/issue (or other warning notice) is displayed on the login splash screen. Both were dead easy prior to Karmic. Any suggestions about how to recover these basic login capabilities in Karmic?
