It can't be a real review. Win95 comes on 12 or 13 floppies (I have a floppy copy kicking around somewhere) and it takes about two hours to install on an old 386.

You need to look carefully at the screenshots, they say a lot about what you can expect to feel using 'Windows 7.'

Though, as Bungo Pony says, this probably isn't true. One of the more distinctive things I remember about installing it, was the endless floppy switching...
