extremly low resolution, help on installing the driver?

I know this is inappropriate, since I probably can find the answers on this forum, but the thing is i am Linux noobie, and i really need to install Nvidia 7600 SE on my machine through Synaptic package, since I did it last time i installed 804 version. The Terminal installation are Spanish villages for me at this time :( If anyone, Help please, thanks in advance :)

i installed the nvidia driver for 9.04 with System>>Administration>>Hardware Drivers which uses apt and have had good luck with updates.
