can anyone tell me how to get the finger reader working in 9.10 for xps 1530

i tried with system testing option in ubuntu ,but still doesnt work

I would also like to know. Tired of typing my passwords. I'm about to try setting up the same as I did in 9.04 unless I find some new directions.
