gpsdrive and libmapnik0.6

I'm trying to install gpsdrive for use with my Garmin nuvi 255w using Ubuntu 9.10. The problem is that libmapnik0.5 is not available in the repository, but 0.6 is. Is there any way to get gpsdrive installed using libmapnik0.6? Or somewhere I can download a deb for 0.5?

EDIT: Used the package search provider in firefox to find libmapnik0.5 for jaunty. it seems to be working so far.
