Hi,
I'm new in ubuntu..really enjoyin the OS...9.10...
I'd recommeneded this to my friend, and given a CD copy to him....
he installed it....and need to upgrade and add some softwares....
but he dont've internet connection in his home...so
I've a small doubt....Is there any way to copy ,the updates & installed softwares frm my system to his system ???
or is there any solution to apply the upgrades through flash drive or cd ??

You should try Keryx (http://keryxproject.org). It is cross-platform, and runs off a flash drive. Check out the tutorial here, and let me know how it goes! http://crashsystems.net/2009/01/keryx-tutorial/
