9.10 - Notification window too low

The notification window is a hundred or so pixels down from the top task bar. This aggravates and enrages me.

Please feel free to treat your eyes to the horrible snack that is my hideous screen shot of this vexing notification window and see how pathetically low it hangs from the task bar.

If anyone can help me fix this and prevent me from losing my feeble mind, I would certainly buy you a pint, as I would need one as well to sooth my frail nerves.

Here is a fix, joust download .deb file and install it, its simple, and notification area will be fixed and it will be witouth empty space :D
