When is next LTS version released

I've been happily running Hardy 8.04 since it came out and will happily run it till 2011 or beyond. But I am wondering when the next LTS version will be released. According to the Hardy Heron page, it was going to be Karmic Kaola. But according to KK page, it's NOT long term after all. My random searches didn't come up with a date. Anyone steer me to the answer?

The next LTS is Lucid Lynx (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LucidLynx) and it will be out in April 2010, that is 5 months from now.

You will be able to upgrade directly from 8.04 to 10.04.
