Installing Linksys WPC54GS Wireless Adapter

I have installed Karmic on my laptop with a Linksys WPC54GS wireless adapter (Broadcom BCM4318 chip set). I am looking for an up-to-date description of how to get this working.

Do I still need to use NDISWrapper for this or are there native Linux drivers available?

I found this guide to getting wireless working

Is it valid for Karmic? I tried it and when I enter

sudo apt-get install ndiswrapper-utils-1.9

I get

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Couldn't find package ndiswrapper-utils-1.9

Any thoughts?
