Hi all,Working with EEE Pc 1000he. Trying to install Ubuntu Studio Karmic and cannot progress past the base install. It says unable to install kernel and then reboots and then Win XP cannot reload. I know the partitions are correct...The first attempt I used the on-disk utilities. After the failure I used Gparted from my trusted Crunchbang Live disc and setup a 60gb partition a 7 gig swap space but then the exact same error occured when running the base install off of the Ubuntu disk. Any ideas?? I have had Jaunty standard installed on this exact computer before so I have a feeling it is Studio specific or maybe Karmic??
