Ubuntu says that my Hard Drive is failing. The amount of bad sectors is rising every day.

I will be sending in the HDD for replacement, but I want to create a system image first. Something that is an exact replica of the entire file system, that I can

1) Save to a network drive
2) Get a brand new HDD (same size)
3) Either
--a) Restore the image from a network drive from the liveCD
--b) Install Ubuntu, then restore from the system image

I would just reinstall on the new drive, saving important stuff to Ubuntu One, but I have a WoW installation on here, and I really don't want to toss that.

Clonezilla will do this perfectly. It looks tougher to use than it actually is. Also, it is worth getting a second opinion on your hard disk, maybe using utilities from the hard disk vendor ?

The tools that come with the HDD use SMART, just as Ubuntu does.

This will be the second time I will have had to replace this drive. It honestly doesen't surprise me that it's failing again.
