Hi,

I have just installed Karmic Koala on an Acer AspireOne ZA3. Bluetooth and WiFi worked out of the box. To fix video output, I had to install psb drivers as told in http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1235819.

By the way, the sound card is recognized by the System manager but I am not able to hear anything nor to record anything. Anybody can give me a hint to look after the problem ?

Thanks

I never listen to anything on mine and can't help with your specific model but I've read that the sound is disabled by default on 9.10 -- might be a simple matter of turning it on?

The sound is on according to the audio panel and correctly configured. If I boot the thing with the headphones jack inserted I manage to have the sound working. Maybe there is something odd with the driver.
