today the updater sugests that I install the grub2.
Well I have legacy grub installed in the root partition and other grub in mbr/special grub partition since more linux systems to be booted.
When I make this update, what consequencies will it have? will the 'old' grub be able to chainload the new grub or will I be asked to install it into root partition or what problems i have to expect?
On an other system, I have boot partition with grub(old) and this is called by other 3rd party boot manager.
What will happen in this case?
Is there a way to roll back if such update fails somehow?
