instal system 7 and I want to restore ubuntu boot

I have a dual boot system now (vista, ubuntu 8.04)and Im going to install system 7. Now I know i will lose the Ubuntu boot loader.
how can I get it back after the instalation.
If this has been asked before please direct me to the location.
